During her apprenticeship, she learned the art of fabrication, beginning with raw gold and silver. She also gained the ability to solder, size rings, create settings and learned multiple ways to set stones. Now, after goldsmithing for six years, She is creating original wax carvings and making one of a kind pieces of fine jewelry in 18k gold, plus she has the pleasure of working with an array of unusual gemstones.

Lastly, Sarah adds, “Thanks to a great opportunity and a lot of patience on the part of my cousin Doug, I have found my passion.”
